Structive Property Core
structive::property_core describes intrinsic property structure and provides managed read/write, synchronization, traversal, validation metadata and type-erased runtime access.
Core has no access-control modes. A property only reports its own intrinsic readable / writable capability. External systems own their own exposure and authorization policy.
Stored read_only properties do not receive lock slots or contribute mutexes, and managed reads use the no-lock fast path.
Focused runtime and synchronization contracts are regression-tested in tests/runtime_api_test.cpp and tests/synchronization_test.cpp.
